Accessible Mental Health Care in Manlius and the Greater Syracuse Area
At Midstate Therapy, we believe mental health care should be accessible and transparent. We’re committed to working with clients to find a payment plan that fits their needs.
We offer sliding scale pricing ranging from $45 to $150 per session, depending on the clinician's level of experience and your financial circumstances. We proudly serve clients from Manlius, Fayetteville, Dewitt, Syracuse, and surrounding communities—offering both in-person sessions and secure telehealth options for your convenience.
We recommend submitting your insurance information to our billing partner, O’Brien’s Billing, prior to your first appointment. This helps us determine your coverage and options ahead of time.
Not sure which therapist or payment option is right for you?
All of our clinicians offer a free 15-minute initial consultation to help you learn more about our practice, ask questions, and discuss scheduling or payment details.
We offer high-quality care through a diverse team of clinicians at different stages of professional development. Here's a breakdown of who you might work with:
Fully licensed clinicians who can submit claims directly to insurance providers if in-network. LMFTs bring extensive clinical experience and training in working with individuals, couples, and families. They are able to accept insurance, and clients are encouraged to discuss their coverage during the consultation call to determine whether therapy sessions will be covered.
These therapists have earned their graduate degree and are in the process of completing post-graduate clinical hours toward full licensure. They are under supervision by a licensed MFT and offer a reduced fee structure. They also provide superbills for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
Graduate-level interns are completing their master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy under the supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor. They offer sliding scale sessions and provide superbills for insurance reimbursement. Working with a graduate student therapist is a great option for affordable care with dedicated, highly trained support.
